Lead our Thin-Film Electronics team in advancing Holst Centre’s Next-Gen Battery Technology program. You'll manage projects, drive business growth, and bridge materials science with process technology to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine technical and market roadmaps to enhance program traction and generate business opportunities.

You have affinity with expanding a new, promising application domain, and have several years of experience in Research and Development in various settings, covering programmatic and operational topics. You have hands-on experience with battery technology development, and preferably experience with thin-film technologies and their application in batteries,
Other knowledge and skills you bring to TNO:
⦁ PhD in Electrochemistry, Battery technology, Materials Science or related research
⦁ At least five years experience, after completion of your PhD work, with R&D in battery technology and preferably in thin-film technologies.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Employment conditions
12 x €3000 - €5000 (monthly salary based on experience)
8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries
13th month calculated over 12 monthly salaries
Contract form
At least an annual contract, where we would like to work towards an indefinite-term contract
You will always be paid 100% of your salary during your employment contract
