In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in engineering energy solutions, supporting client visits, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your Daily Adventure:
- Engage in the engineering of energy solutions from our Zoeterwoude office or your home workspace, with occasional site work required domestically and internationally.
- Support sales managers on client visits, discussing challenges and proposing solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Work closely within a close-knit team environment, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and bid managers to oversee projects from specification phase to commissioning.
- Handle a variety of tasks spanning from the quotation stage to the final realization and commissioning of projects, ensuring a dynamic and diverse workload.

- Foster client satisfaction by delivering custom solutions that address unique operational challenges.
- Lead the coordination between various disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
- Apply your specialized knowledge in electrical drive systems to design efficient and innovative energy solutions.
- Support Siemens Energy's vision by developing and deploying cutting-edge technologies for energy transition.
Depending on your interests and experience, there are various paths for development.
Experience that's extra relevant are:
- Tackling complex or composite problems, potentially complemented by digitalization.
- Experience with installations exceeding 1000V.
- Conducting network and fault current calculations.
- Knowledge or interest in large drive systems over 1 Megawatt.
- Experience or a broad interest in related subsystems such as industrial automation, process equipment and civil engineering
Functie-eisen
Your Profile:
- Hold a higher professional education (HBO) or university-level (WO) degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or Sustainable Energy.
- Possess expertise in large electrical drive systems, including HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, and electric motors.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with French being an additional asset.
- Accumulate 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
- EU passport

- Embrace a flexible and practical mindset, with a results-oriented approach and willingness to work on-site, including abroad.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salary: €4200 – €6000 p.m. based on full-time.
- Hours: 40 hour p.w. (32 hours p.w. is optional)
- Location: Den Haag (hybrid is possible)
- Start date: flexible, but preferably soon
- Contract: 1 year via Yacht, after that extension or a perm contract with the company is possible
