The Global Quality Management System (QMS) team is responsible for establishing and maintaining FrieslandCampina’s central quality system and ensuring that the system remains certifiable.
We are looking for an experienced professional with knowledge of quality systems and certification (particularly GFSI certification). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the document management system and coordinating the internal audit program. Additionally, you will support colleagues within the team with all activities required to keep the quality system operational.
You will work closely with colleagues within the QMS team as well as QA colleagues across various business groups and locations.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the Tenforce document management system.
- Track which documents need to be updated and initiate the process.
- Update quality documents yourself when necessary (procedures, standards, etc.).
- Coordinate the internal audit plan.
- Ensure audits are carried out, reports are submitted, and CAPAs are entered into the CAPA system with the required quality.
- Follow up on overdue CAPAs.
- Be part of the Certification Desk and respond to incoming questions.
- Support the central training program (EduQuate)

- Knowledge of setting up and maintaining a quality system is required.
- Quick understanding and use of the online DMS and CAPA system is required.
- Knowledge of GFSI standards is an advantage.
