At Philips, we create smart, innovative grooming and beauty products that make people feel confident every day. We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to help us design and develop products like electric shavers, OneBlade, hair removal devices, and more.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop plastic and metal parts for grooming devices
- Use 3D CAD software (like Siemens NX or CREO) to create models and drawings
- Build prototypes and test them to make sure they work well
- Choose the right materials and production methods
- Work closely with other engineers, designers, and suppliers
- Follow clear development steps and document your work
- Help improve how we work by sharing your knowledge and ideas
Competenties
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product development for mass production
- Experience working with plastics, metals, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software (Siemens NX or CREO preferred)
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
- Basic knowledge of testing tools like FEA (Ansys) is a bonus
- Experience in the medical or consumer product field is a plus
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Duration: 12-month contract
- Hours: 40 hours per week
