Join Philips’ Structural Packaging Design team to create innovative, functional, and sustainable packaging for our cutting-edge Grooming & Beauty products.
You will manage the full packaging lifecycle—from concept design and prototyping to detailed engineering and mass production release. A key focus is enhancing the consumer experience while driving our sustainability initiatives.
What you will be doing !
- Design and develop innovative, functional, and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Lead prototyping, rigorous testing, and risk analysis (FMEA).
- Perform 2D/3D detailed design, specifications, and data management (Windchill PLM).
- Collaborate with global marketing, production, and suppliers.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor's/Master's in Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in packaging/product development, ideally consumer electronics.
- Proficiency in CAD (NX preferred) and a strong grasp of materials science and sustainability.
- Proactive, creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
