Your Mission
Your goal is to transform complex data into actionable insights that minimize Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory. You act as the bridge between Finance, Supply Chain, and our Business Lines, ensuring that every piece of inventory is utilized to its maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as the lead finance partner for the E&O organization, influencing senior stakeholders across a complex matrix environment.
- Insight-Driven Leadership: Go beyond reporting. You will create holistic overviews of inventory health for the entire organization, identifying risks and opportunities before they hit the balance sheet.
- Continuous Innovation: Partner with cross-functional analytics teams (Planning, Delivery, and Business Lines) to enhance transparency and implement structural improvements through change management.
- Performance Management: Orchestrate the monthly and quarterly planning cycles, providing the "forward-looking" lens (Forecasts and R&O) that leadership needs to steer the company.

Your Foundation:
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, or Data & Analytics).
- Experience: 3 – 5 years in financial analytics or business control. Experience in a complex matrix organization or a supply chain environment is a distinct advantage.
- Toolbox: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience with SAP (SAC, BW) or data visualization tools like Spotfire or PowerBI helps you turn data into the insights we need.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
