As a Customer Service Representative, you are the crucial link between commercial needs and logistical excellence. You contribute directly to business revenues and customer satisfaction by securing an uninterrupted Order-to-Cash process. You evaluate external customer requirements and translate them into internal logistical requests, requiring close cooperation with Sales and Supply Chain teams. Beyond operational handling, you participate in projects to optimize processes and drive KPIs linked to our transformation agenda.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service within a commercial or logistical environment.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal), Dutch is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of SAP and affinity with systems and processes.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) is a must.
Competenties
You are a team player who builds professional relations at various levels within and outside the organization. You show flexibility towards new developments, such as the implementation of Artificial Intelligence tools in the OTC process. Your strong communication skills and decision-making abilities allow you to perform effectively even in cases of uncertainty.

- A good salary (up to a maximum of €4,400 gross per month based on 40 hours).
