- Lead end-to-end development cycles (from proof-of-concept to pilot) for high-precision systems.
- Translate deep-tech challenges into actionable milestones for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify technical bottlenecks in mechatronics, optics, or software integration before they hit the critical path.
- Apply iterative mindsets to hardware development, balancing the "definition of done" with the realities of physical prototyping.
Functie-eisen
- A Master’s or PhD in Physics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar. You "speak" engineer fluently.
- 5+ years in high-mix/low-volume environments (Semiconductors, MedTech, Aerospace, or Robotics).
- You prioritize Systems Thinking. You understand how a change in a software algorithm might impact the thermal stability of a mechanical component.
- Proficiency in Prince2 or PMP is fine, but mastery of Stage-Gate processes and Jira/Azure DevOps for hardware is what we actually value.
