As the Interim Manager Market Analytics, your role centers on orchestration, project management, and insight activation to drive the 2026 analytics transformation. You will act as a senior business partner, bridging the gap between global frameworks and local market realities.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering

  • Serve as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders, including data vendors and global/regional market teams.
  • Translate complex global initiatives and business questions into clear analytical requirements.
  • Manage expectations and priorities across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure timely and concise delivery of insights.
  • Connect the dots between different datasets to ensure analytics outputs are understood and trusted by the business.

Analytics Enablement (Conepass & MDM)

  • Drive the implementation of the 2026 CMI transformation plan.
  • Deliver and refine "Conepass," the global growth model dashboard, by collaborating with markets to validate performance measures.
  • Embed data models into the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and general decision-making processes.
  • Support brand teams in synthesizing data into clear growth terrains and actionable trade-offs.

Measurement & Reporting Governance

  • Support the transition to a global reporting ecosystem to achieve "One Source of Truth".
  • Drive the adoption of central reporting by organizing international training sessions and collecting end-user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage central data for cross-functional initiatives such as Net Revenue Management (NRM) and strategic price reviews.

Change Management & Program Leadership

  • Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, including contract novations with data providers.
  • Manage the transition between tools, vendors, and operating models as part of the 2026 company-wide transition.
  • Oversee scope definition, risk mitigation, and alignment across functions like Finance, Procurement, and Marketing.

Functie-eisen

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in analytics, strategy, or performance management, ideally within FMCG or Retail.
  • Strategic Capability: Proven experience operating at a senior stakeholder level and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Data Savvy: Deep understanding of data management in an enterprise context and the ability to synthesize multiple sources into one coherent story.
  • Mindset: You are structured, pragmatic, and outcome-focused. You are comfortable challenging both business and technical teams to reach the best results.

  • Strong business acumen: you understand how analytics fuels decision-making.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Disciplined in program and project management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in a dynamic environment.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Location: The office is located in the heart of Amsterdam, right by the famous Flower Market (Bloemenmarkt). Please note that due to this central location, there are no parking facilities available.
  • On-site Presence: You are expected to work from the office 3 days per week to ensure effective interaction with the team and stakeholders.
  • Working Hours: We are open to candidates looking for a contract of 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Role Context: This interim position is to provide cover for a maternity leave.
  • Language: While the role involves global coordination, there is no requirement to speak Dutch; fluency in English is the priority.
