As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are the vital link between high-tech hardware design and the actual production of communication systems for the Royal Netherlands Army. You ensure that complex designs for electronic PCBAs and mechanical housings are translated into efficient, high-quality production processes. You will work within a specialized Hardware Engineering team of 35 experts, overseeing both internal assembly and external production partners. Your goal is to deliver top-tier military technology at the best possible cost and quality.
Functie-eisen
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role within the electronics industry.
- Education: A Higher Professional Education (HBO) degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and mechanical assembly.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Process Mindset: Familiarity with creating technical documentation, work instructions, and data packages.
