As Test & Deployment Change Coordinator you will work within our Global service Desk organization reporting to the Test & Deployment Manager. You will work together with your experienced colleagues coordinating the various change activities across multiple sites ensuring correct process and procedures are followed and changes are accurately recorded, scheduled, controlled and communicated.
Key responsibilities
Your main duties include but are not limited to.
· Coordinate Test & Deployment activities for customers as scoped in service contract and Development environments
· Create, plan and manage release calendars and schedules for site deployments
· Creation deployment documentation for production deployments
· Managing & Aligning test schedule, deployment preparation with Service Test & Deployment team
· Manage the execution of deployments in production environments together with Service Test & Deployment team
· Delegation of Jira tickets received from site and internal engineers
· Ensure the planning is met, highlight potential delays and implement mitigation actions
· Coordination with stakeholders about all relative Test & Deployment activities
· Coordination of escalations during deployments to site
· Making deployment Go/No-go decision based on testing results
· Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
· Post-Implementation review after every change deployment to ensure continuous improvement and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
· Contributing to the continual improvement of all processes and identifying areas for improvement
· Document and maintain process and procedures documentation of all processes
· Coordinating with product development for assessing the risks on process level and then communicate the change and release activities and impact to relevant stakeholders (ITSDM, Site based team, T&D team, management, service desk, etc,.)
· Ensuring the end to end change processes for all planned releases are adhered for Production environments
Service afdeling for warehouse department:
Work for existing customers who are already live with existing warehouse systems. This department handles updates (including software) that are scheduled or indicated as x times a year, are tested at Veghel and then tested and implemented on site.
This person is the project leader for the entire process and coordinates everything.
From the time of request ( x times a year + this type of updates), to confirmation (scheduling resource allocation), to testing and execution:
All this together you will coordinate. You also work a lot with other departments within Vanderlande and have a proactive attitude. The team currently handles around 30 plus customers. There are now two coordinators, but the team needs expansion.

Your qualifications and skills
· Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject and working experience min. 4 years
· You understand the ITIL processes of Change Management and Release & Deployment
· Management and have demonstratable experience of executing these processesWorking
· knowledge of tools such as Dos Maximo, Service Now or preferably Jira
· Knowledge of Microsoft project is desirable
· Experience with software processes (SDLC) especially release and deployment processes (CI/CD) pipelines and methodologies is desirable
· You have a continuously process improvement mind-set
· You are quality focused with an eye on accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong planning and organisational skills
