Are you a business developer with knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management and Information Technology? Do you have people skills and experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations with third party systems? Do you want to work with us improving the experience of the ABN AMRO employee within our HR systems? We are looking for an experienced business analyst / business developer to help us with a variety of initiatives within the scope of reward, benefits and mobility applications. You will translate requirements of our stakeholders to workable solutions and analyse pitfalls in our current processes, focusing on the HR reward/benefit domain. Will you be the new tour guide that helps to facilitate the employee experience journey of our employees within ABN AMRO?

With the following results:

  • Gathering requirements for new functionalities related to reward/benefits/mobility application and clearly communicating them to our IT partners.
  • Draft, analyse and improve our current processes together with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers
  • Clear communication and alignment with our stakeholders and our SaaS suppliers
  • Supporting change risk assessments of upcoming changes
  • Have an active role in the management of our changes in collaboration with the HR Reward department

Functie-eisen

Relevant knowledge skills & competences:

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a business analyst/business developer
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering
  • Strong project management skills (e.g. project lead experience)
  • Past experience in working in an agile DevOps environment
  • Experience working on HR applications and integrations with third party systems

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Gross annual salary including vacation pay up to € 75.000 (based on 40 hours a week)
  • Freelance rate desired: € 85, maximum: € 94,-
