Manager Projects; As a Manager Projects you oversee and coordinate all Data & IT portfolio- and project management activities.
You hierarchically and functionally lead the team and continuously work on improving the quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction of both areas. You are a direct report of the Vice President Data & Information Technology.
Manager Project management for Data & IT
- In consultation with the Project Board drawing up and managing an optimally balanced portfolio, taking into account the current change capacity of our IT organization and our business-as-usual activities.
- Monitoring the quality and progress of the project portfolio in line with the company strategy.
- Drawing up and monitoring the portfolio- and project management process.
- Monitoring and continuously improving the standards regarding the established project methodology.
- Managing the project managers and contract- en project assistant.
- Managing and monitoring the portfolio-/project tooling.
- Providing portfolio- and project dashboarding for the Project Board.
- You are result responsible for the projects- and department performance.
Functie-eisen
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years management experience in a similar role.
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Currently living in the Netherlands with a permanent working visum.
- The flexiblity to travel outside of the Netherlands a couple of times a year (estimate maximum of 5 times a year)
- Basic knowledge of IT.
- Work experience within Enterprise environments (500- 5000 employees).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A gross estimated salary of about €100.000 a year (depending on experience)
- A good mobility ruling, which includes a lease car.
- A Christmas bonus of a gross weekly salary that is paid in December of each year, which is included in the annual salary;
- 25 vacation days per (calendar) year based on full-time employment and an additional 3 vacation days to compensate for any overtime
- A bonus when the company's operating results allow it in accordance with the then applicable profit sharing scheme;
- Inclusion in the collective pension scheme at ASR where the employee pays 50% of the total pension contribution. The remaining part of the contribution is covered by Royal Reesink;
- Participation in the collective disability insurance WGA gat uitgebreid (WGA gap expanded) and, if applicable, 'de WIA excedent' (the WIA excess) of De Amersfoortse. Of the total pensin contribution, 50% is covered by Royal Reesink, the other 50% is paid by the employee;
- Voluntary participation in the WIA; fixed supplement of 10% or 20% at De Amersfoortse. The contribution for this insurance is fully paid by the employee.
