This role provides execution of all Benelux & France regional IT activities and initiatives (e.g. CRM, EDI, etc.) to local businesses and to end users ensuring the required infrastructure, IT security, and support services are timely delivered and in line with assigned budget, by liaising with ABF IT Shared Service Team and ABM global and regional resources and external vendors as appropriate.

DELIVERABLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supports the implementation of all global and regional initiatives by providing the required data up to date and technical advice to local business for a fit for purpose implementation

• Provide Timely and accurate solutions to IT related questions as issues, change requests, user questions and hardware needs.

• Provide support to the company’s ERP system (D365) and business applications on daily basis, including supporting end user training and device maintenance

• Set up of new users and maintain user profiles/access rights incl. providing hardware; enable leaving users on all systems and hardware.

• Ensure proper availability of licences used by the business

• Ensure proper and stable functioning of IT infrastructure and connections within the operations/production site

• Ensure activities and processes relevant to IT SECURITY and monitor of QUALYS

• Ensure compliance within financial control framework of the business (FCF requirement)

• Support all hardware requirements (desktops, laptops, servers etc).

• Support software installations and upgrading (telemetry, D365, WAX, CRM, ...) and taking roles of admin users / superusers/ application specialist

• Support IT BCP inclusive disaster recovery tests including update of relevant documentation / to ensure business continuity (including local disaster recovery plan and interaction with global team)

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITY

- Sound experience on ERP (MS D365 is a plus) and support services

- solid knowledge Microsoft technologies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• Qualification in Information Technology Degree or equivalent

• Min 2-5 years’ experience, preferably in fast paced manufacturing industries

• Fluency in Dutch and English

Desirable:

• Fluency in French
