In this role, you provide financial and business insights to the Senior Leadership Teams and ensure internal management reporting is consistent across the Group. Your main responsibilities are:
- Assist in the reporting of the EU monthly Management results, including: Monthly Management Accounts, Storenumbers, Capex, CF and Ad Fund;
- Prepare the monthly commentary for management on the EU and Global departments, comparing actuals to budgets & forecasts;
- Prepare the weekly reporting of EU & country results (e.g. Corporate and Franchise stores);
- Prepare the EU Quarterly Franchisee Profitability Report;
- Consolidate the EU Forecast, Budget & 3 year plan;
- Assist in preparing the Forecast, Budgets & 3 year plan of the EU and Global departments;
- Maintaining and continuously improving files, templates & systems used in reporting actuals, forecasts and budgets;
- Support in the training of Finance and Non-Finance team on reporting templates and PBI;
- Assist in implementation of key Group Management Reporting software e.g. PBI reporting tool, Hyperion Budgeting tool;
- Support in administering the forecast/budget system for EU;
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling, to aid Management in decision making, e.g. benchmarking.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy;
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst, preferably within commercial international organisation (retail, fmcg) or experience in an big 4 or other accounting firm;
- Experience in Power BI, Excel and Power Point;
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between €55.000 - €60.000 per year scale based on knowledge and experience;
- 10 percent bonus based on performance;
- 8% of year salary holiday allowance;
- 25 days of paid vacation leave.
