We are growing fast and based upon the order intake we are looking for additional workforce in the form of a project planner for our center of competence (CoC) for data centers. This is a new position (±100FTE) where your main areas of responsibility will be planning and constantly monitoring of:
- project engineering,
- project milestones,
- resource,
- site activities
You will be working in close contact with project management team and program managers.Your stakeholders are execution project managers, lead engineers, system engineers, line managers and sales. You need to build strong stakeholder relationships to define their needs and consider the resource impacts in the department.

Distribution Systems is part of the Smart Infrastructure business unit. We are specialists in the design and delivery of custom build energy solutions for a very demanding market both national as international.
Functie-eisen
Together with project management, you will be responsible for the project planning and Operational project activities. You also analyze and monitor resourcing and provide accurate workforce planning to optimize available resources.
Since this is a new position (project planner) within the center of competence you will partly find a blank canvas to define your own way of working in cooperation with project management and our resource planner.
Competenties
• Minimum of 5 years relative work experience, preferably in an international projects environment with
profound knowledge of planning software and tools i.e. MS Project, Primavera or similar.
• Precise, positive critical
• Proactive with ownership mindset
• Flexible working attitude, hands-on and result driven
• Good communicator, stress resistance and able and willing to work in a hectic project environment.
• Fluent in English, basic Dutch or willing to learn.
