The Senior Buyer NPR is a senior procurement professional responsible for sourcing, selecting and contracting suppliers in a wide portfolio of commodities including ICT, Marketing, Facility, and HR. The role involves translating business needs into optimal purchased services and goods, and conducting tenders, benchmarks, and negotiations in line with strategic category plans. The Senior Buyer NPR will lead projects from a Procurement perspective, develop strategic plans to explore savings and manage risks, and work closely with the Procurement Manager, NPR Buyer, and Procurement Coordinator. The role reports to the Procurement Manager.

Functie-eisen

  • Higher (HBO) or Academic education
  • Minimum of 5 year experience in Non Product Related purchasing, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must
  • Analysis and problem solving competency. Experience with Business Intelligence tools

Competenties

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, result-oriented, strong analytical and good negotiation skills.
