Your work

  • Day-to-day coordination management of activities within workstreams in line with the agreed project standards
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of the project deliverables within workstreams
  • Gathers relevant project data and generates progress reports
  • Makes minutes where necessary and stores relevant documentation.
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Pro-actively addresses project risks and issues
  • Facilitate program meetings i.e. retrospectives, change authority, team meetings etc
  • Maintains project risk- and issue registers
  • Supports on-boarding and off-boarding process of the team and arranges team events etc
  • Operational support Project Managers (e.g. facilitating workshops, organizing meetings, logistics)
  • Stakeholder management inside and outside the project team

In short

We’re looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to help us with the implementation of a new Personnel & Payroll set-up for the Netherlands. The current Netherlands set-up is outsourced to Visma-Raet on their YouForce platform, and we are moving to a new outsourced set-up with Alight NGA on a predominantly SAP based landscape.

At ABN AMRO we currently use the SAP SuccessFactors talent suite for the Netherlands and International countries, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central + ADP for the International countries. The Personnel Administration and Payroll technology, processes and services of the Netherlands is fully outsourced.

A decision was made to move the Netherlands population onto SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll technology; and the services for Personnel Administration and Payroll will be moved to a new provider. The end-state architecture and implementation includes:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core HR + Absence Management processes)
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (Payroll processes)
  • SAP Concur (Expense Management processes)
  • PeopleDoc + Docusign (Document Management processes)
  • Benify (Flexible Benefits processes)
  • HRx (Ticketing processes)
  • ChatBot + Live Chat
  • 30+ integrations to/from core systems

This transition will be done in 2021 and 2022; go-live date of this new set-up is 1/1/2023.

You will be part of the ABN AMRO Program Management Team. You will report to the ABN AMRO Program Manager and will play a significant role in supporting the team for central program activities.

Functie-eisen

Must haves:

  • ->2+ years as Project Management Officer (PMO) on large scale HR Implementations with a service, process and technology impact
  • PMO skills i.e. delivery planning, resourcing planning, quality assurance, project reporting, meeting agendas, project administration, taking minutes etc
  • Consulting skills i.e. communication, presentation, facilitating meetings and decisions, able to speak to best practices, team building
  • Self-starter, self-managing, hands-on, hands-dirty, flexible, able to have a laugh

Some remote working possible, but preferably Netherlands based. Full-time. Fluent in verbal/written English, preferably fluent in verbal/written Dutch.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in former PMO roles (senior);
  • Experience with working in large scale, international and complex organisations;
  • Affinity with HR processes, systems and services;
  • Preferably experience with similar projects in the financial industry in the Netherlands or experience with ABN AMRO;
  • Experience and certifications for Agile (e.g. scrum master) and traditional project management methods (e.g. Prince II);

The terms of employment are also as follows:

  • The salary depends on your work experience and competences. The range starts from €4,200 and a maximum of €5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours
  • At least one year contract, where we are happy to work towards an permanent contract
  • Certainty, regardless of whether you work on an assignment through us, you will always receive 100% of your salary
  • Possibility of bonuses
  • 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
