As a DevOps Engineer you are responsible for setting-up, supporting and improving the CICD/DevOps pipeline and deployment scheme of micro service/frontend oriented functional modules. You will be first point of contact for customer project teams for creation, support and maintenance of the cloud environments. The goal is to automate the work as much as possible, which requires developing pipelines and contribute to architectural decisions. The functional module(s) run in a complex domain, multi-project and multi-disciplinary environment.
You will work on all aspects of CICD and DevOps, including architecture, design, implementation, configuration and automation. You drive the team(s) to technically use the automated solutions but also to develop a CICD and DevOps mindset. You will help promote the use of CI/CD and DevOps principles and help develop a vision on further improvements regarding CI/CD and DevOps.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5+ years of CICD/DevOps engineering experience
- Experienced full stack developer
- Container based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Keycloak, Azure)
- Requirements Management, Change Management, Version Control, Build Management and Test management tools (Preferably the Atlassian tool-suite)
- The Agile methodology, including Scrum and Kanban
· Having strong communication skills (persuasive and good negotiation skills)
· Keen analytical skills
· Decomposing complex processes into understandable components
· Automating and optimizing processes
