• Vacancy intake with the hiring manager and Recruiter where you act as sparring partner;

• Working with an agile mindset;

• Design and suitable sourcing strategy, including social media and events;

• Using innovative techniques with a focus on sourcing, hunting, and networking

• Create a talent pool and maintain contact with potential candidates;

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our recruitment team contributes to the bank her strategic objectives by recruiting the right people. With you as a Talent Sourcer, the team will consist of 37 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including:

Competenties

Customer focus, networking, result driven and the ability to inspire and influence are clearly essential for the role of Talent Sourcer Data & Analytics. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

• Bachelors Degree; plus a minimum of 2 years relevant international recruitment/sourcing experience;

• Experience and solid understanding of how to source for international vacancies and also using different social media;

• Affinity with Data & Analytics profiles is preferred;

• Experience with working in an agile environment is preferred;

• Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment often with tight deadlines;

• Cultural sensitivity, including the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds;

• Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Start: ASAP

Duration: 9 Months with probability of extension

Location: Utrecht, NL (Remote until end of Corona)

Hour: 36/week

Contract Type: Interim Professionals on Yacht's payroll working at the Bank (ZZP not possible)
