For multiple deployment programs within the Industrial domain, Philips needs an experienced Cut Over Manager,

As Cut Over Manager you will become part of the overall project of bringing a business or market organization on the Philips Integrated Landscape. The Philips Integrated Landscape (PIL) is the standardized architecture and technology foundation - fundamental to our business models and transformation. It will provide the technological capabilities and processes (Software as a Service, and Digital) that allow us to be agile, fast and become a leading Health Technology company. As a cutover manager, you will be leading all cut over activities leading to the Business Go-live. This consists of preparation of the IT related and business & market related activities that are required to prepare the business for go live and to guide the organization through the go live tollgates.

Functie-eisen

 You are responsible for

-Developing the Cutover Plan for each phase of the project go live incl the different programs and the different project teams

-Managing the execution of end-to-end cutover plan, and ensuring all project, business, IT & Data are well aligned

-Defining the scope of cutover together with Process Experts and Business

-Running the cutover in the different phases of go live and ensuring each team takes responsibility to a successful go live

-Drive hypercare after go-live

-Manage and resolve conflicts

Deliverables

-Specifically create, edit and develop the following work products in accordance with the Project Methodology (SIM-Lite)

-Create a cutover plan. This cutover plan will determine the sequence for go live, the methods, the constraints, the BRC criteria, and other technical, process and logistical aspects of the go live.

-Create a daily calendar for the go live, manage the overall plan, and provide assistance and direction to the team on activities and tasks required.

-Run the daily stand-up meeting and hypercare meetings

-Develop metrics for daily reporting UAT completion statistics
