The TNO Holst Centre has a focus on the development of enabling technologies for flexible and stretchable electronics and low power sensors. We are looking for a Process Development Engineer
Within our team, we are looking for a medior process development engineer with an interest in photovoltaics. You will be part of the thin film PV module team working on the material and process optimization to realize thin film based solar cells and interconnected devices. You will be responsible for operation and management of different processing steps and the necessary material and opto-electronic characterization. We are looking for a candidate who likes to work together with partners within, but also outside of TNO. The job will be carried out in the lab of TNO-Solliance.
- Maximum MSc or BSc degree with several years years of experience
- Education required in Chemistry, Physics or Material Science
- Knowledge about and experience with thin film photovoltaics processing:
- Sputtering and evaporation processes
- Chemical surface treatment
- Knowledge about opto-electronic characterization
- You must be available on a short notice
