Job Purpose
The Analyst Order To Cash is responsible for an uninterrupted (semi-) automated production, sales order and logistic execution process to ensure that the supply chain business processes are consistent and supply chain meets their target supply chain goals (KPI's), next to compliance with all relevant SABIC procedures and policies.

The position is located at the European Head Office (Supply Chain Solids Europe) Sittard and focused on monitoring of the SAP ECC EDI interface between SABIC Petrochemicals and Specialties.

Functie-eisen

Responsibilities
• Daily monitor the SAP ECC EDI interface and resolve EDI interruptions together with Supply Chain Solids and Specialties.
• Focal point of production, sales and logistics (Supply Chain) EDI interruptions/issues and identify and facilitate process improvements (changes) by conducting detailed system process analysis and work collaboratively across the departments of Supply Chain Solids and Specialties and IT Services.
• Enable long-term process efficiency (uninterrupted OTC process) by identifying potential and actual interruptions and opportunities for cost savings and other improvements.
• Develop and maintain process models, procedures, training programs, training materials and best practices for existing and new EDI interface related processes.
• Participate in multiple (EDI related) projects by completing and updating project documentation; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in information technology and/ or supply chain management
• Two or more years of experience in logistics execution, S2S, data analysis and/ or supply chain management.
• Experience working with SAP software (SAP ECC Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, SAP HANA, SAP EDI standards and gATP) and MS Office products (MS Excel)
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Team player
• Travelling is required e.g. to Bergen Op Zoom

Dutch language is required.
SAP ERP / ECC knowledge is required.
