We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager  for the Dutch market , and become a member of the existing “Nordics” team at our European HQ, located in Amsterdam.
This position requires native level of the English language and the Dutch language, an in-depth knowledge of the Dutch Food service sector (from a Marketeer’s perspective), and at least 3 years of relevant managerial (marketing) experience. 
The Junior Marketing Manager will partner with the franchisee community, advertising agencies, and development agents to grow profitable same store sales while delivering excellent service to franchisees.
He/She will lead the marketing efforts and build the Brand equity in the Netherlands by translating consumer insights into tangible programs that drive results.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Partner with key stakeholders to develop short and long-term marketing and media plans.
•Work with Agencies, Regional Offices, Development Agents and relevant stakeholders to develop strategies and tactics.
•Lead program execution.

Additional Job Duties:
•Be the expert on the market's consumer, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive results.
•Develop resources, processes and tools to effectively measure the performance of programs.
•Provide strategic leadership and direction to agencies, boards, and marketing coordinators.
•Provide strategic brand direction and lead efforts with creative, media, and PR agencies.
•Manage region's/country’s budget forecast and spending.
•Ensure monies are spent to maximize efficiencies and sales.


BA or BS degree preferred in Marketing or relevant field
Native English and native Dutch
6 years knowledge of the Dutch foodservice and/or food manufacturing sector is essential with agency or corporate brand marketing/ field marketing teams
At least 2 years of managerial experience   
Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership skills
Track record of driving strong business results
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong project management skills
Valid work/residence permit (Netherlands / European Union)
