We are proud to contact you as the new Group Business Development Director for this full-service commercial real estate developer and -manager, specializing in the delivery and management of custom-built, high-tech business parks for leading international and domestic companies in Central Europe.

Your main goal will be to help the company to double their portfolio to 10 million m² of A-Class properties in the strategic locations throughout the Central - and Eastern European region in the next years

To do so, you will train, motivate, facilitate and optimize the existing sales team. Most of the new business comes from existing clients expanding or opening a new location. Therefore, it is very important to be in touch with them, make sure they are satisfied and they can grow the business at the right conditions.

The position is preferably Prague-based but you will travel to Bucharest and Budapest on a regular basis.


Experience as a Commercial Executive at a large real estate broker or building company.
Master’s degree. 
Fluent in English both written and verbal.


Direct and full-time contract at our client.

The company has ambitious plans across all their markets in Central Europe, and expect to double their portfolio to 10 million m2 by 2020. This growth plan will require company-wide changes as they develop new processes and adapt to a changing market. It’s major developments include the Network of industrial parks, and A-class office parks of Spielbek, IQ Ostrava, Ponāvka and Vlněna.
