This job is an excellent opportunity for a savvy software test engineer who enjoys working an agile software (Java) development process.
This company has a long history in the top of the global defense industry. This Naval Engineering solutions site in the Netherlands is equipping over 40 naval forces across the globe with advanced radar-, communication- en command & control systems.
The total product portfolio is being developed from graphical user applications for the command & control systems in the Naval domain till real-time embedded software for the radar systemen in het Sensor domain.
To ensure that this critical software is meeting the requirements, the company is looking for talented software test engineers.
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for the total SDLC / STLC.
The main area of attention will be the Combat Management System.
Of course you will be enabled to apply high tech techniques and methods.
- Very familiar with testing software of high tech systems. Focus will be on functional testing, exploratory testing, and unit testing
- A good understanding of dealing with development / testing of complex high tech systems (= large (embedded) system with several subsystems)
- Experience in working with Linux, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven/Gradle en continuous integration.
- Test-automation, using Java
- MSc in electrical- or mechatronics engineering
- ISTQB is a pré
