The Position:
All Options is looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to strengthen our HR department. Besides, you will be responsible for the full HR
developmental activities and take part of other HR processes. You are expected to take a proactive and leading role in all HR developmental processes and organisational support. Supporting the HR Director, the HR specialist will play a central role in coordinating Performance management, Recruitment process and Training activities.

Primary responsibilities:
Branding:
-Connect with Universities with the relevant graduate programs. Promote company, increase
number of candidates.
-Manage company’s online presence (stackoverflow, company site, University company pages,
Linkedin, social media.) Texts and images, statistics (clicks, visits etc), content renewal.

Recruiting & On boarding
-Screening: run math tests and improve them, automate communication with candidates.
-KPIs and metrics (ppl in/out, time and cost per hire etc).
-Candidates templates communication
-Coordinate appointments and update everyone. Run the actual process and later improve it.
-Once familiar with the company and the profiles, gradually participate in interviews.
-Formalize and structure the on boarding process of new hires.

Training
-Internal: Work with Traders to document and prepare the technical training material. Improve
content and presentation.
-External: Assess needs and find providers. Create budget and follow up.

Performance management
-Support management in running the process, improve documents, digitalize and create historical reports,
archive relevant information.

Your Profile:
-A full time (or 4 days/week) professional and passionate, hands on person.
-Smart, confident and assertive, down to earth. Takes initiative and can work with minimum guidance, self-motivated.
-Fast. Speaks fast, acts fast. We in HR are aligned with the company culture, and we operate in trading
sector.

Requirements:
-Experience in a similar job is expected.
-Proven track record in HRM
-Strong skills Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel word
-Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach
-Remains confidential at all time
-Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
