Our clients' business development team is one of the most dynamic on the market. With the business HQ in Prague, the business Development &
Marketing teams comprise approx. 25 people. The team is responsible for keeping occupancy high, initiating new business, meeting clients and representing company. Now they are looking for a Business Development Support Manager who would support their teams!
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:
Creative, dynamic, entrepreneurial, hardworking, commercially-talented, excellent planner, strong management skills & relevant experience. Preferably Dutch or British, alternatively Czech native.
The position is Prague-based but travel to Bucharest and Budapest is often required to support the Group Business Development team.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible to coordinate all works in-between Business Development & Legal & Technical/Construction departments
- Responsible for CRM software being used for the business development activities, ensure the proper functioning of our CRM, the people using it, and that SW is constantly improved & upgraded
- Overlook Marketing team , ensuring tasks are fulfilled, in particular keeping the web-based property search functional and up to date
- Weekly visit sites, meet existing clients, attend events such as the AFI and other industry events CTP participates in The challenge is to streamline the processes and have the teams do what they are supposed to do. Support of one or assistants available Close cooperation with Head of Marketing and Head of Business Development team to focus and achieve the 15 – 20% growth per year
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Relevant Sales and Management experience
