Heerlen houses our largest Distribution Center outside of the U.S. Every day, about 450 professionals in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Warehousing and Logistics work closely together to order, ship and deliver around 50.000 medical products and devices to hospitals around the world. Our Customer Care Emerging Market team forms the business contact for sales orders and inquiries for customers in Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe, India and Latin America. In close co-operation with distributors, business managers, finance departments, shipping department and supply chain, we ensure excellent quality, swift delivery and ultimately our patients' safety and health! We are currently recruiting a full time Customer Care Ops. Representative to work cross business and cross regional.
Our Customer Care Emerging Market team contributes to the company strategy in the areas of customer experience, strong business growth, operational leverage & continuous improvement by acting as a responsible, accountable partner with a high commitment towards our customers. As Customer Care Operations Representative you provide a professional level of support by applying a broad knowledge of Medtronic processes, tools and policies. You have the ability to monitor product & information flows as well as resolving issues in an efficient, compliant and effective way to ultimately strive for the highest level of customer experience.
Responsibilities include processing orders in ERP systems, manage all incoming calls & handle all incoming e-mails to (CS shared) mailboxes, dealing with requests, letter of credits and tender documents. The job entails close working relationships with distributors, EMEA sales offices & sales force, Customer Care Shared Service Centers, Regional businesses department, finance, regulatory, operations, transport, supply chain department & banks. The challenge is getting to know the customer, comply with their specific requirements, take care of their needs and strive to exceed their expectations
- HBO level
- 1-6 years of experience within Customer Service
- Customer Service and/or Export/Logistics background is mandatory
- Computer literacy: Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and MS-Office
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Customer Focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- Able to deal with stress
- Problem solving skills and Solution Minded
- High flexibility
Depends on education and work experience. The salary range will be between €2300,- and €2800,- gross per month.
